One team beats five vendors

The gaps between your vendors are where the brand leaks.

The default way to build a brand is to hire specialists: one shop for identity, one for content, one for ads, one for the site. Each is good at their piece. And the brand still ends up feeling slightly off.

It's the seams. The voice shifts between the homepage and the email. The look drifts between the deck and the ad. None of it is wrong on its own, but together it reads as a company that isn't quite sure who it is.

When one team holds all of it, those seams disappear. Not because anyone's a genius, but because nothing has to be handed off and re-explained four times.

That's the whole argument for doing it under one roof. Not more services, fewer contradictions.
