Doing less, on purpose
A page with one idea reads as confidence. A page with ten reads as fear.
Most brands add. Another color, another module, another badge, another claim, each one a small hedge against being forgotten. Stack enough hedges and you get something nobody remembers.
Subtraction is the harder, better move. One accent. One typeface. One clear thing to say. Whatever survives that has room to breathe, and breathing room is most of what 'premium' actually is.
It takes nerve, because every cut is a thing you could have said and chose not to. But a brand is defined as much by what it leaves out as by what it keeps.
Doing less isn't doing little. It's deciding what matters and having the discipline to drop the rest.
