Who we are
Numina House is the operating name of 9566-0866 Québec inc. (“Numina House,” “we,” “us”), a digital studio based in Laval, Québec. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need: the details you provide when you contact us (such as your name, email, and message), and basic aggregated analytics about how the site is used. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to carry out any engagement you ask us to, and to maintain and improve the site. Client materials shared with us during a project are held in confidence and, where applicable, under a Data Processing Addendum.
Sharing
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, for example hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent needed to provide the service. Those providers are bound to protect it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email us and we’ll respond promptly.
Security & retention
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, and keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.
